    1. Aw, thank you! Well, it's bad if they don't pay you on time! There should be some sort of law to stop that type of thing, surely? Maybe you should look into it or even just try talking to your boss about it? Good luck! <3

    2. Ah, well, in that case I have a solution for you! Wear them like you do with any other jewellery. It's how I wear mine. You can use nail stickers, instead of glue and they will come off very easily.

I always put my nails on before leaving the house and take them off when I get back, just like earrings, etc! Good luck! <3

  7. You look more like a demon than a gyaru. Tbh I never seen such "gyaru" in my entire life in Japan. I am very sure gyaru do not wear such makeup and no gyaru wears such long, Indian inspired kind of dresses. I feel offended because of people like you, everybody calls themselves gyaru due to long nails and dramatic makeup, there is no more gyaru. Thanks to people like you, there are no more egg/ageha magazines. Cheers, no offense because I just feel misled reading your blog and I think, it's best you call yourself a Bradford demon/mannequin.

    1. Gyaru has a very wide range of styles, I prefer the heavier styles. Speaking of Egg, did you forget that she was a model in it?:

So, people 'like me' didn't ruin Egg, I was a big supporter of it. I was even in an issue and voted number 2 best photo of the month, so Egg itself accepted me as gyaru.

I admit that my style may seem more 'unique' than most gyaru but I don't believe that to be gyaru you have to copy everything you do from gyaru in Japan. Most of my dresses aren't even Indian so I don't get why people keep saying that? I cover my arms and legs at all times so I have to wear long dresses.

You are free to your opinion on what is and isn't gyaru but please don't expect it to have importance over mine and many other peoples (including many gyaru in Japan). I will call myself gyaru because that's what I am, I'm not a 'mannequin' or a 'demon'.

I appreciate that you feel very passionate about gyaru and I hope the vast variety of sub-styles won't dishearten you from pursuing your style in the sub-gyaru-style that you prefer. <3

  8. Do you have a copy of said article in Egg magazine? Would love to read. You look Indian because most gyaru does not cover up with massive amount of cloth and usually dressed in trend. You should wear knee length dress and sleeveless often, unless you do not shave your armpits. Furthermore, no gyaru wears a bhindi.

    1. Yes, I have a copy - I think it was Feb 2013.

I can't wear 'knee length' dresses without wearing trousers underneath because I do not show my legs or arms, as I said. And even if I did, I'll wear whatever I want to.

      No gyaru wears a bindi?
